With a pleasant smell and an intense taste, Dolcetto is a product that combines two different cheeses with a sharp taste: mascarpone, which makes up 60%, and gorgonzola, which makes up 40%. The cheese is alternated with layers of mascarpone and gorgonzola and has a rather soft paste texture. Dolcetto is one of the leading producers of Gorgonzola DOP.
