History and uniqueness

This premium cheese is produced by a cheesemaker with over 30 years of experience in a small artisanal cheese factory in Valsesia, at the foot of Monte Rosa. The milk is collected from free-range cows in the hills north of Novara to create a blue cheese so creamy it's best served straight out of a spoon. Brothers Maurizio and Fabio Leonardi personally select the best heads of cheese to confirm the Gran Riserva name.

Perfect for events, aperitifs or buffets: trying it directly from the cheese wheel, enjoying even the most diverse combinations in a special way, the unique taste nuances. Goes well with a variety of foods from ripe fruit to red meat (melted on steak).
