The fresh Camembert cheese is bland, firm and crumbly in texture. Young Camembert has a milky and sweet taste. As the cheese matures it forms a smooth, runny interior and a white bloomy rind that is typical to Camembert cheese. This cheese already is offered with spicy, crunchy breadcrumbs and is pre-fried in pure sunflower oil. For quick and easy preparation it can be baked in the oven or in the pan. Can be consumed pure or with wild cranberries dip.
Favourite bread. Best to eat baked, especially tasty with cranberry dip.
