Rulo de Cabra with paprika is a Spanish fresh cheese, made from pasteurized goats milk, covered with paprika. Hijos de Salvador Rodríguez S.A. created "Log of Flavours El Pastor de la Polvorosa", soft paste cheeses, white, creamy and melt, whose texture is solid. Its flavour is a smooth blend goat cheese with pineapple, ash, mango, black pepper, paprika or herbs.
