History and uniqueness

Goats milk cheese is one of the fastest growing segments in Europe. Goats milk is easier to digest than cows. This is because the goats milk fat cells are better distributed so the milk is absorbed three times faster than cows milk. In the vitamin A content of goats milk is four times higher, and vitamin D level is twice that of cows milk. Goats milk is more valuable minerals and less salt, so it’s very good for people with heart and vascular disorders. The lactose content of goats milk is much lower than the cows, so lactose intolerant people also should pay attention to this cheese.
